Why we use it
We use programme information to receive and assess applications; enrol and support participants; deliver learning and certification; administer Capstone, judging and summit activities; communicate programme updates; prevent misuse; resolve support issues; measure outcomes; and meet legitimate reporting or legal responsibilities.
We rely on the appropriate lawful basis for each activity, including your informed consent where required, administering the participation you requested, EOhealth’s legitimate programme interests, and applicable legal obligations.
Team applications
The team lead provides information for four other students. Before submitting, the team lead must ensure that every member has approved the application, received this notice and agreed that their information may be provided to EOhealth for the stated purposes.
Storage and retention
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the programme cycle, certification verification, safeguarding, dispute resolution, accountable impact reporting and applicable obligations. The retention period depends on the record’s purpose and sensitivity. Records are deleted, anonymised or archived with restricted access when they are no longer required.
Some service providers may process information outside Nigeria. EOhealth will use appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards where international processing occurs.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; or request information about how your data is handled. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already completed and may affect activities that require that information.
Send a request from the email address connected to your account to info@eohealthhub.com. You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security and incidents
EOhealth uses role-based access, authenticated accounts, restricted administrative records and audit trails to reduce unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online service can promise absolute security. If you suspect that your account or programme information has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice when the programme, platform or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or your registered contact details. Questions and privacy requests should be sent to info@eohealthhub.com.
