Clear communication · about 10 minutes

Make a message clearer

A fictional community group is inviting residents to a free information session. Its draft is difficult to understand. Rewrite it for someone reading quickly on a phone.

The facts you can use

  • Original: “Beneficiaries are hereby advised to avail themselves of the sensitisation exercise at the designated facility.”
  • The fictional session is at Riverside Community Hall, Saturday at 10 am. Attendance is optional.
  • It explains how to find reliable health information. It does not offer clinical consultations.

Your task: Write a short invitation. Include who it is for, what will happen, where and when, and one clear action.
