Our commitment
EOhealth is committed to a respectful programme where participants can learn, collaborate and seek support without harassment, exploitation, intimidation or avoidable harm. This policy applies across classes, team spaces, mentorship, judging, events, direct messages and other ViHLERT-related interactions.
Expected behaviour
- Respect personal boundaries, identity, dignity and differences.
- Keep communication professional, relevant and appropriate to the programme.
- Use only approved channels and obtain permission before recording or sharing another person’s image, voice, story or contact information.
- Protect confidential programme, team and participant information.
- Report immediate safety risks and cooperate honestly with safeguarding reviews.
Prohibited conduct
ViHLERT does not tolerate sexual harassment, discriminatory abuse, bullying, threats, stalking, coercion, grooming, retaliation, financial exploitation, misuse of authority, unwanted romantic or sexual contact, or sharing private information without permission. Mentors, judges, facilitators and administrators must not use their role to seek personal, financial or sexual advantage.
How to report a concern
Report a concern through the platform’s support area or email info@eohealthhub.com. Include what happened, when it happened, who was involved and any information that can help a fair review. You may report something that affected you or another participant.
If someone faces immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service, security authority or trusted responsible person first. The ViHLERT platform is not an emergency-response service.
What happens after a report
EOhealth will acknowledge the concern, assess immediate safety needs, limit information to people who need it for the response, and review the available evidence fairly. Interim safeguards may include contact restrictions, reassignment, temporary access limits or removal from an activity. Outcomes may include guidance, warning, suspension, removal, referral or another proportionate action.
Confidentiality and non-retaliation
Reports will be handled as privately as a fair and safe response allows. Absolute confidentiality cannot be promised where safety or legal duties require action. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern honestly or supports a review is prohibited.
Participants under 18
An applicant who is under 18 should contact EOhealth before participation so that any necessary guardian consent and age-appropriate safeguards can be arranged. Adults working with younger participants must maintain clear professional boundaries and use approved programme channels.
