This notice is written to make your rights, responsibilities and available support clear before you apply or participate.
The programme
ViHLERT 2026 is an EOhealth virtual health-literacy and emergency-response training programme for eligible healthcare students. It combines expert-led sessions, discussions, assignments, assessments and programme activities delivered through the ViHLERT platform.
Application and eligibility
- One designated team lead submits one application for exactly five students.
- Every member must approve the submission and provide accurate, current information.
- Submission does not guarantee selection, funding, an award, travel support or admission to later programme stages.
- EOhealth may verify information, request clarification or withdraw an offer where information is materially false or eligibility is not met.
Participation responsibilities
Selected participants are expected to attend required sessions, complete assessments and assignments, respect deadlines, protect account access and participate honestly. A participant should notify the programme team when illness, disability, connectivity or another serious circumstance affects participation so that reasonable support can be considered.
Code of conduct
Everyone must communicate respectfully and contribute to a learning environment free from harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, exploitation and retaliation. Participants must not impersonate another person, falsify attendance or evidence, plagiarise work, manipulate assessment results, share restricted materials, or use programme spaces for spam and unauthorised promotion.
Concerns are handled under the Safeguarding Policy. EOhealth may warn, restrict, suspend or remove a participant following a fair review proportionate to the concern.
Educational and emergency-response limits
ViHLERT provides educational training. It does not replace supervised clinical education, professional licensing, local emergency protocols or accredited hands-on first-aid or CPR certification. Participants must work within their competence and seek qualified supervision or emergency assistance when a real situation requires it.
Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion is issued only when the published requirements are met and the participant’s record is verified. EOhealth may correct or revoke a certificate issued because of error, fraud or serious misconduct. The certificate confirms completion of ViHLERT; it does not itself grant a professional licence or specialist clinical credential.
Capstone and submissions
Teams retain ownership of their original project work. By submitting material, they permit EOhealth and authorised programme experts to review, score, mentor, document and present it for programme administration and accountable impact reporting. Public storytelling, identifiable case studies and promotional use require the relevant permission.
Teams must have permission to use third-party material and must never upload identifiable patient information without an approved lawful process.
Programme changes and decisions
EOhealth may make reasonable changes to schedules, facilitators, platforms, qualification stages or programme activities when operational or safety needs require them. Material changes will be communicated. Selection and competition decisions will follow the published criteria and review process.
